QuidelOrtho has a new opening for a Field Application Specialist IH to join our team in Egypt, as we look to implement a new structure and framework that will support our customers. Due to our strong commercial success in 2024 - 2025, and the high growth expectations, we are looking to hire top talent to join us on this exciting journey and support our continued expansion across 2025 and beyond!


What you'll be doing in your new role:


  • As the Field Application Specialist; you will be responsible for driving solution implementation and providing sales support on QuidelOrtho’s products (equipment, software, reagents) within a geographic territory or list of named accounts in conformity with internal quality criteria and regulatory environment, in order to contribute to the consolidation, retention and development of the installed base.


  • Providing both proactive and curative customer support (software, reagents), providing on-site customer training, optimizing customer laboratory configuration, contributing to ultimate retention and menu expansion, in synergy with the sales team and in accordance with the commercial policy.


  • Performing other work-related duties as assigned.


The individual:


  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science or related.


  • 3+ years of experience in the Medical Lab. / Blood Bank / Diagnostic market or equivalent.


  • Fluency in English is required.


  • Key Attributes: Customer-focus, driving for results, collaboration and adaptability.


  • Communication: Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Able to influence and convince.


  • Business Acumen: Proficient at uncovering key business issues and providing insightful, actionable recommendations for improvement.


  • Well-organized and able to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced team environment.


  • Willingness to travel.
