The opportunity



We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Factory Manager to join our team. This role you will be developing and implementing manufacturing strategies aligned with global business unit objectives, driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will be collaborating with supply chain, engineering, quality assurance, and other departments to streamline operations, address challenges, and support strategic business objectives.

How you’ll make an impact



Contributing to the development of global strategies. Ensuring achievement of operational targets, including operating cash flow, project delivery (on-time and within budget), requested on-time delivery (ROTD), and cost reduction. Monitoring and controlling the factory's financial budget. Implementing cost-saving strategies and ensure financial targets are met without compromising quality or safety standards. Overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient and effective production, continuous improvement, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Lead and manage the operation teams and processes. Exploring and integrating new technologies and innovations to enhance production capabilities and meet evolving industry demands. Encourage a forward-thinking mindset within the team to stay ahead of technological advancements. Establishing robust quality assurance programs, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company specifications. Drive quality improvement through target setting, monitoring and benchmarking to continuously improve processes. Driving the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies to increase productivity and reduce costs following the Integrated Transformer Management System (ITM) to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost. Maintaining strong relationships with key customers by ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Address customer feedback promptly to continuously improve customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed operational targets (ROTD, lead time, quality) to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS). Address customer concerns identified through CCRP, ITPS, T5QI, and other customer feedback mechanisms. Leading and champion a zero-accident/ safety first culture, ensuring full compliance with all HSE regulations and fostering a safe and environmentally responsible work environment (license to operate). Ensuring compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes. Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization. Mentoring, and developing a diverse workforce, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Implementing performance management and development practices to motivate and retain employees. Managing overall manufacturing operations, including staff and the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process. Your background



A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. 10 years of experience in manufacturing management. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive engagement, and achieve high performance. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations and resolve issues. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, implementing training and development programs that enhance skills and promote career growth. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
