Job Description

The Facility Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities within the retail and wholesale sector. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills. The Facility Executive is responsible for overseeing various aspects of facility management, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the workplace. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams to maintain a safe and productive environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring all systems are functioning effectively.
  2. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  3. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
  4. Manage facility budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  5. Implement and maintain facility management software to streamline operations and reporting.
  6. Develop and enforce facility policies and procedures to enhance safety and efficiency.
  7. Assist in planning and executing facility-related projects, including renovations and expansions.
  8. Provide training and support to staff on facility-related issues and best practices.
  9. Respond to emergencies and facility-related incidents in a timely manner.
  10. Prepare reports on facility performance and present findings to management.
