Job Description
- Following the daily, Weekly, Monthly plans for the soft-services activities (HK, Pest Control & Landscape).
- Preparing the required documents for the internal and external audits.
- Ability to learn always the latest updated in the field of the soft services.
- Ensure, in cooperation with the team, compliance with safety regulations and record-keeping of activities performed
- Following Aramex standards and focus on the quality of the implemented works.
- Be prepared to work shifts and under pressure according to the business needs.
- Support to complete the vendor’s daily tasks according to SOPs.
- Support FM leader in collecting the Daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Support FM leader in developing solutions to difficult problems and be on call for emergencies.
- Support FM leader in the performance evaluation of the soft services vendors
- Handle the daily activities, meet deadlines and develop plans on how to achieve departmental and goals.
- Ensuring that all safety instructions and procedures are followed.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels in the organization.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Educational background (Engineering or High institute)
- Good knowledge of English language
- 3 years’ experience, minimum 2 years of experience in the soft services field “HK, Pest Control & Landscape “.
- Experience with the working in the warehouses (Is preferred)
- Experience of using MS office program
- Ability to create all kinds of reports
- Ability to deal with the vendors
- Knowledge of safety rules and standards
- Able to work under pressure in a cross functional organization.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Pro-Active and able always to think out of the box to find new ideas.
- Car license: Preferred
Work Location: 6th of October Industrial zone and to rotate as per business need between aramex offices.
