- Identifying root causes of problems and providing quick and reliable solutions for all types of MHEs “Material Handling Equipment “especially electrical & diesel Forklifts.
- Ability to using software in the diagnosis and solving problems.
- Ensure, in cooperation with the team, compliance with safety regulations and record-keeping of activities performed
- Implement aramex standards and focus on preventive maintenance to ensure a high level of equipment availability.
- Be prepared to work shifts and under pressure according to the business needs.
- Support of the technicians technically to complete the daily tasks according to SOPs.
- Support FM leader in creating weekly and monthly reports for the whole systems.
- Support FM leader in developing solutions to difficult problems and be on call for emergencies.
- Handle the daily activities, meet deadlines and develop plans on how to achieve departmental and distribution goals.
- Ensuring that all safety instructions and procedures are followed, develop, and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
- Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, and wiring methods and materials.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels in the organization.
Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education
Qualifications
- Educational background (Electrical)
- Fair knowledge of English language
- 5 years’ experience, minimum 3 years of experience in the maintenance of electrical forklifts.
- Experience with the maintenance of industrial equipment “Conveyors, Industrial Elevators, packing machines” is preferred
- Experience of using MS office program
- Ability to managing technicians
- Knowledge of Safety rules in technical services
- Able to work under pressure in a cross functional organization.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to read technical drawings and manuals
