Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring an External Manufacturing Line Leader.

What will you do:

• Work to achieve the daily production goal and collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are met along with overall business objectives.
• Responsible for submitted root cause analysis and production reports about reduction in productivity, stoppages and scrap and responsible for implementing the corrective actions.
• Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize line production.
• Review and monitor the packaging & raw materials requirements and availability against the line production plan.
• Supervising helpers, assigning duties.
• Monitoring helpers’ performance and ensuring their compliance with quality and safety standards, and the company’s SOPs.
• Reporting any issue that arises during the shift to management and take corrective actions.
• Guiding team members and new staff.
• Inspect equipment of production line and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management.
