Export Supervisor

An export and trading company is currently seeking an Export Supervisor to support and oversee daily export operations and client relationships in the fruits and vegetables sector, ensuring smooth shipments, compliance with export regulations, and assisting in achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to; 

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities in international markets for fruits and vegetables.
• Support market research efforts to analyze trends and consumer preferences in key regions.
• Maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist in negotiations and help finalize export contracts. 
• Address client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
• Supervise the export process, including coordinating shipments and ensuring they meet timelines and cost expectations.
• Collaborate with logistics providers, customs brokers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Assist in managing compliance with local and international export regulations, including handling export documentation, labeling, and certifications.
  

Job Requirements: 

• 5-7 years of experience in export management, preferably in the fruits and vegetables industry.
• Strong understanding of export regulations and international trade compliance.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and resolving export-related issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with market trends and consumer preferences in the fruits and vegetables export industry.
  

Working Conditions: 

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Fridays & Saturdays are off
• Work Location: Mivida, New Cairo.
