EgyBell is hiring an Export Sales Manager for one of the leading furniture manufacturing companies in Africa and the Middle East.
As an export sales manager you will be responsible for generating and enhancing the sales of the products in other countries and makes sure that the products are made available in the international markets by analyzing the trends of the customers and developing sales plans and strategies to meet their needs.

Duties and responsibilities:



• Identifying new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries.
• Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer’s needs and requirements.
• Makes sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.
• Take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
• To constantly review distributor’s performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management .
• Attend the meetings with other companies to negotiate, so that they assist in the overall growth and development of the business organization.
• Carry out market research, conduct surveys and study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies.
• Attend the trade shows and exhibitions.
• Train and mentor, the sales representatives and create awareness about the products in the target countries by conducting advertising and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:



• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, Specialized certifications in export management or international trade can be beneficial.
• 10 years of experience in sales, especially in export sales or international business development, is essential.
• 5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing implementation is a plus.
• Understanding export regulations, trade compliance, customs procedures, and international shipping logistics is crucial to ensuring smooth and legal operations.
• Proficiency in using sales CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other sales-related software.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, develop sales strategies, and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Proficiency in one or more foreign languages is preferred.
• Flexibility with travelling for work purposes.
