Expansion Specialist

1. Manage the company's expansion plan. 
2. Manage store launching stakeholders (Operations, engineering, logistics, etc) 
3. lead the brokers and guide them to find the needed locations 
4. Coordinate the internal expansion meeting and align with all team
5. Follow up with landlords regarding the store's contract/ agreement. 
6. coordinate with the logistics team regarding the targeted location and manage the rider's waiting area and parking area.
7. Follow up with the legal team regarding the legal documents.
8. Lead the store launching CPS/timeline. 

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. 3-5 years of experience in the retail industry is highly preferred
3. Proficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms etc
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Arabic are a plus.
5. Influencer and negotiator with good public speaking and presentation skills
6. People management skills: Experience in managing bigger groups of people
