Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
• Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate minutes.
• Handle correspondence, including drafting, proofreading, and responding to emails and letters.
2. Office Management
• Maintain an organized filing system for records and documents (both digital and physical).
• Order and manage office supplies as needed.
• Ensure the executive’s workspace is well-prepared and efficient.
3. Communication
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Liaise with departments, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
4. Project Coordination
• Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of various projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
