As an Executive Recruitment Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading our recruitment team and delivering exceptional executive recruitment services. You will collaborate closely with senior management and HR teams to understand client needs, develop customized recruitment strategies, and guide your team to successfully place top-tier candidates in executive roles.


Key Responsibilities:


Leadership & Team Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet their targets and maintain high standards in candidate sourcing and client management.


Executive Search: Lead and manage the entire recruitment process for executive-level positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top candidates to clients.


Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their executive hiring needs, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.


Market Research & Talent Mapping: Conduct thorough market research to identify and attract top talent within specific industries. Utilize talent mapping techniques to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates.


Strategic Planning:Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with Rawaj’s goals, ensuring that our executive search services are competitive and effective.


Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and team performance, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and achieve targets.


Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in executive search, continuously improving Rawaj’s recruitment methodologies.


Qualifications:


Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in executive search and a track record of successfully placing senior-level candidates.


Leadership Skills:Proven experience in leading and managing a recruitment team, with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.


Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the executive search process and the ability to navigate various industries to find the right talent.


Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior executives and clients.


Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using recruitment metrics to drive performance.


Education:A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
