Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations. Key Responsibilities:

Research & Information Gathering – Find and compile useful information on various topics, including market trends, contacts, and relevant industry news.

Google Suite Management – Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive for document handling and collaboration.

Email & Calendar Management – Organize schedules, book meetings, set reminders, and handle correspondence professionally.

Task & Project Coordination – Help with workflow, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.

Communication & Follow-ups – Maintain smooth internal and external communication.

Basic Data Entry & Reporting – Organize and update spreadsheets, keep track of important details.

General Problem-Solving – Be resourceful in finding solutions and handling unexpected challenges.
