Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Executive (General Cashier)

What will you do:

Oversee and manage all cash transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of daily cash flow, including receipts and disbursements. Prepare, verify, and submit daily cash reports and bank deposits, ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures to maintain financial integrity. Conduct thorough reconciliations of cash accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly, and ensuring all transactions are accounted for accurately. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Maintain organized financial records and collaborate with other departments for efficient cash management. Prepare daily bank deposits and ensure all funds are accurately recorded. Receive and process payments to suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements. Verify invoices and ensure all supporting documentation is complete before processing payments.
