Job Description
Sell retail products, goods, and services to proper customers to achieve sales targets. • Handle customers to find what they want by having sufficient knowledge of all products offered and their features to ensure a smooth sales process. • Build strong relationships with customers to develop long-term customer loyalty. • Coordinate with other sales representatives in the store to provide the customers with the highest level of quality. • Follow up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc. • Follow up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry • Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our System tools • Assist customers with after-sales service issues. • Maintain and update regular client correspondence. • Monitor sales, promotions, marketing, and social media programmers, and activities over digital platforms. • Review customers' concerns, needs, and preferences to create a smooth and seamless transactional process for buying products online
