Job Description



Handle incoming and outgoing calls while utilizing available data to market all Aman microfinance products Conduct financial analysis of clients to assess their creditworthiness Review client documentation in accordance with each financing tier Communicate and follow up with Aman branch specialists to ensure the timely issuance of financing for referred clients Determine credit limits based on submitted documents to establish the financing amount and the client's repayment capacity Identify and resolve issues that may arise in daily operations

Ability to analyze issues and develop practical solutions Commitment to providing excellent service and support to clients Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks 0-2 years of experience in same field Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field required
