Job Description:
 Support management in different tasks
 Communicate with clients if needed
 Maintain meeting records for the management
 Answer phone calls and take messages as necessary
 Develop and maintain a filing system
 Follow up and submit reports from various departments as needed
 Support and facilitate the completion / submission of regular reports
 Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure
 Arrange and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
 Organize meetings, take notes and deliver minutes of meeting to all parties involved
 Prepare facilities and arrange for refreshments for events, if required
 Assist supervisors and staff with company projects and tasks
 Implement administrative procedures
 Create excel sheets as requested
 Responsible for office supplies and equipment's
 Interface with outsource suppliers and clients
Job Requirements:
 At least 1 year of experience.
 Bachelor’s degree.
 Have high English Profile
 Good Looking
 Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
 Excellent MS Office knowledge
 Outstanding organizational and time management skills
 Excellent verbal and written communications skills
 Discretion and confidentiality
Industry : Real Estate
Working Conditions : Sunday- Thursday
Working Hours : 10: 00 AM - 6 :00 P:M
