Job Description:
- Support management in different tasks
- Communicate with clients if needed
- Maintain meeting records for the management
- Answer phone calls and take messages as necessary
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Follow up and submit reports from various departments as needed
- Support and facilitate the completion/submission of regular reports
- Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure
- Arrange and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Organize meetings, take notes, and deliver minutes of meetings to all parties involved
- Prepare facilities and arrange for refreshments for events, if required
- Assist supervisors and staff with company projects and tasks
- Implement administrative procedures
- Create Excel sheets as requested
- Responsible for office supplies and equipment
- Interface with outsourced suppliers and clients
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good Looking
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
