Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a crucial role in managing the CEO's calendar and assisting with day-to-day activities. This individual will coordinate purchasing processes, act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, and manage all aspects of events and programs for clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

  • CEO Support:
    • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and both internal teams and external partners.
  • Client Coordination:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company, ensuring seamless communication and a positive client experience.
    • Coordinate client purchasing orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
    • Assist in preparing contracts, proposals, and service agreements as needed.
  • Event/Program Management:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute client events and programs, ensuring every detail is managed from conception to execution.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to arrange event logistics, including location, catering, and materials.
    • Ensure that events run smoothly and meet the client's expectations.
  • Purchasing and Operations:
    • Oversee and coordinate the purchasing process, ensuring that all orders are placed, tracked, and delivered on time.
    • Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.
    • Support operational and administrative tasks as necessary to ensure business continuity.

Job Requirements:
  • Proven +5 years of experience in working in the same position.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Preferred Location in 10th of Ramadan.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic and in both verbal and writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with event planning and logistics is a plus.
Work condition 
  • Working hours: from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM ( 1 Hour Break )
  • Fridays & Saturdays are off
  • Location: 10th of Ramadan
