Tagaddod is on the lookout for a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support our executive team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the productivity of our leaders by managing their schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations for executive meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications for executives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Assist in project management, tracking deadlines and deliverables for various initiatives.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation efficiently.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support executives and the broader team.
- Interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
