Job DescriptionWork Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.The Role:This role involves managing a diverse range of complex and routine tasks, including calendaring, travel, and meeting coordination, while providing solutions to moderately complex problems with minimal supervision, requiring proficiency in Microsoft Office, adaptability, independent thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.What You'll Do:1.Broad and Varied Assignments
Manage tasks that are broad, complex, and diverse in nature.
Responsibilities may involve interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, depending on the project scope and impact.
Develop and implement solutions for moderately complex, non-routine problems.
2. Independent Thinking and Problem-Solving
Demonstrate adaptability, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving skills.
Oversee calendar management with precision.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics efficiently.
Facilitate meeting planning and coordination.
3. Routine Operational Tasks
Perform routine tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
Work independently with limited supervision while taking guidance from leadership or the individuals being supported.
