We’re Seeking a talented Operations Executive To join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Event Coordination: Assist in event planning, setup, teardown, and on-site management to ensure seamless execution.
  • Vendor & Inventory Management: Oversee vendor coordination, ensure timely delivery and quality of services, and manage event resources and inventory.
  • Logistics Management: Handles transportation, setup of decorative elements, and inventory tracking for events.
  • Vendor Relations: Source materials, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.
  • Quality Control: Perform pre-event checks and uphold quality and safety standards for all decorative items and setups.

Qualifications


  • 1:3 years of experience in the same role.
  • Previous experience in event planning or the hospitality industry is a MUST.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Work Conditions


  • Location: New Cairo.
  • Working Days: 5 Days a week
  • Working Hours: from  11 Am to 7:00 PM.
