We are looking for an Events and Administration Specialist to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event and visits Planning
- Plan and Execute Events: Organize corporate events, meetings, workshops, and celebrations to ensure successful event execution.
- Event Logistics: Handle logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and schedules for participants.
- Plan and Schedule Visits: Arrange visits for clients, partners, or stakeholders, including internal travel logistics, tours an outing.
- On-Site Support: Act as the primary contact during visits, ensuring all needs are met.
- Facilities Preparation: Coordinate with office teams to prepare meeting rooms, cafeteria, training room…etc.
2. Administration
- Assist management team in submitting delegated E-Forms.
- respond and administer Facilities tickets.
- Provides administrative and secretarial support, such as:
- Coordinates interviewing schedules, makes appointments, and may assist in establishing agendas.
- Performs word processing duties.
- assist professionals within the department in preparing for special projects.
- Handles DHL courier in/out shipments.
- Manage office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Activate/deactivate Access Cards
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any equivalent field.
- 2+ years previous experience.
- Excellent written & spoken language skills. (English and Arabic are a must)
- Must have basic knowledge of administrative practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work individually & in a group.
- Must have good working knowledge of general office equipment.
- Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Must master excellent organizational skills.
