-Expected Job Role:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client objectives and event requirements.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients
- Develop event concepts and themes based on client specifications.
- Create detailed event plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
- Ensure all logistical details are managed, including transportation, accommodation, catering, and technical requirements.
- Develop and manage event budgets. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure events are delivered within budget while maintaining quality.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown. Manage event staff and volunteers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event.
- Ensure client and attendee satisfaction throughout the event.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess client satisfaction and event success. Gather feedback and provide recommendations for future events.
- Prepare post-event reports and financial summaries.
- Develop and execute event marketing and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
- Utilize social media and other channels to promote events.
- Ensure all events comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
-Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Events Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the event

- Working Hours: 10 Am - 6 PM
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
