 We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Event Account Manager to join our client-growing team.

-Expected Job Role:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand client objectives and event requirements.  
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients
  • Develop event concepts and themes based on client specifications.  
  • Create detailed event plans, timelines, and schedules.  
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues.  
  • Ensure all logistical details are managed, including transportation, accommodation, catering, and technical requirements.
  • Develop and manage event budgets.  Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure events are delivered within budget while maintaining quality.
  • Oversee event setup and breakdown.  Manage event staff and volunteers.  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event.  
  • Ensure client and attendee satisfaction throughout the event.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess client satisfaction and event success.  Gather feedback and provide recommendations for future events.
  • Prepare post-event reports and financial summaries.
  • Develop and execute event marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
  • Utilize social media and other channels to promote events.
  • Ensure all events comply with relevant regulations and guidelines. 
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
-Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Events Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the event
