ERP Specialist
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and OPM process owners to prioritize system enhancements, plan and implement new features or solutions, and ensure alignment with the company’s goals and standards. Collaborate with operations, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure all systems adhere to corporate standards and security protocols. Collect and document business requirements for building and supporting Finance, Supply Chain, and OPM applications, ensuring alignment with business strategies and operational efficiency. Analyze and design both short and long-term solutions for Oracle ERP systems, including Billing, Revenue, Supply Chain, and OPM modules. Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with the company’s strategic direction. Plan and perform various test cycles, including integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing, ensuring that all system enhancements and implementations meet business requirements and performance standards. Organize and conduct workshops to facilitate discussions, decision-making, and knowledge transfer for building and enhancing ERP business applications. Provide ongoing production support for Oracle ERP, particularly during critical times such as month-end close activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Work with business analysts, developers, and technical teams to convert business requirements into technical designs and functional solutions.

Technical skills:
Oracle ERP Expertise : Proficiency in Oracle ERP modules, specifically Finance, Supply Chain, and Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM), with experience in implementation and configuration.
. SQL and Database Management : Strong skills in SQL for querying and reporting, and a solid understanding of Oracle databases.
. System Integration & Data Management : Experience in ERP system integration with other enterprise systems and managing data migration and interfaces.
. Testing & Troubleshooting : Proven ability in system testing (UAT, integration, regression) and resolving system-related issues.
. Reporting & Analytics : Experience with Oracle reporting tools (e.g., BI Publisher) for creating reports and dashboards.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
