Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ER & Payroll Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations and payroll management, with a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations. The ER & Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations and payroll processes for our clients, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding any HR-related inquiries or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all employee relations matters.
- Process payroll for our clients accurately and on time, including calculating wages, taxes, and deductions.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, including personal information, attendance, and benefits.
- Prepare and distribute reports on payroll and employee relations metrics.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations and payroll.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Provide support to managers and supervisors on HR-related matters, such as performance evaluations and employee development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in employee relations and payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
