• Act as the technical point of contact with Enterprise product owner, working together to understand the customers challenges and requirements.
• Build robust AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customers requirements.
• Along with Enterprise product owners, identify opportunities for AI adoption and suggest innovative solutions to enhance customer value.
• Leverage technical expertise and knowledge of AI technologies to bridge the gap between customers’ requirements and solution development.
• Work side by side with Enterprise product owners to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in Vodafone AI solutions.
Solution Development:
• Translate customer requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of tailored AI solutions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and seamlessly integrate with customer systems.
Technical Leadership:
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for AI technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
• Work closely with Data Scientists and developers, virtually lead the technical squads to ensure the right implementations are there to meet the customers’ requirements.
Decision Ownership:
• Approve solution designs, accept the solutions with Enterprise product owners to ensure it aligns with customers’ requirements and technical constraints.
• Prioritize development efforts based on customer impact and feasibility.
Customer Engagement:
• Work closely with Enterprise product owners to fulfill the customers’ requirements.
• Present technical concepts and AI solutions in an accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support Enterprise product owners to build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnership.
Opportunity Identification:
• Proactively identify new use cases and opportunities for AI adoption within client organizations.
• Recommend AI-driven innovations to address emerging customer challenges.

Must have technical/ professional qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s bdegree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML & solution design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages (Python, R) and AI frameworks).
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and their integration with AI solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing innovative AI use cases.
