• The AI Enterprise Solutions Associate Manager is responsible for leading a team of AI professionals in designing, developing, delivering and supporting innovative AI solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
• Strategizing AI deployments across various industries in alignment with VBU.
• Side by side with VBU, build solutions offerings that ensures alignment with business objectives.
• Driving value through the implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies to meet the customers’ needs.
• Side by side with VBU product owners, focus on fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring team performance, and overseeing end-to-end solution delivery.
• Manage the partners relationships, ensure team is having full awareness with partners systems capabilities, able to guide partners implementation teams to achieve the customers’ requirements
1. Team Leadership and Management
o Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of Enterprise AI Solutions tech leads, data scientists, and developers.
o Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution
o Define and execute AI strategies aligned with enterprise goals.
o Identify opportunities for AI adoption in target industries, ensuring a competitive edge.
3. Solution Design and Delivery
o Oversee the development of scalable AI, GenAI models and solutions tailored to client requirements.
o Ensure seamless integration of AI, GenAI solutions with existing enterprise systems.
o Along with VBU product owners, prepare and present the solutions offerings to customers
4. Partnership Management
o Manage the relations with Vodafone local partners to ensure full alignment
o Ensure AI Solutions team is familiar with partners systems to capitalize on their capabilities in service offering to customers
o Supervise, accept partners projects to ensure its alignment with the customers’ requirements
5. Customers Engagement
o Through VBU product owners, collaborate with customers to understand their business challenges and translate them into AI use cases.
o Present AI strategies and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment.
6. Performance and Metrics
o Monitor solution performance, ensuring objectives are met or exceeded.
o Drive continuous improvement based on feedback and market trends.
7. Decision Ownership
o Approve AI, GenAI solution designs and deployment strategies.
o Allocate resources effectively across projects and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Must have technical/ professional qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML or related domains, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure AI.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
