Job Description

NAOS CX seeks an individual motivated to join our team as an English Telesales Representative. In this role, you will make warm calls to potential customers, build relationships, and close sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales to grow with our company.


Key Responsibilities:
- Make warm calls to potential customers
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.
- Present and promote our products/services to prospective customers.


- Persuade customers to finalize a purchase.


- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and sales in our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.



  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous Call Center experience would be a plus.
  • Proven experience in telesales and telemarketing is preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with prospects.
  • Strong persuasive skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
