NAOS Solutions is seeking a talented individual to join our Call Center as an Arabic/English Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat, email, and voice interactions in both Arabic and English languages to our KSA customer
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience
Requirements: - Native Arabic Speaker
- Advanced-Fluent English Speakers
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English for chat, email, and voice communication
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably in a contact center environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
