Manage, coach & train mechanical technicians to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to required standards. Respond and resolve to electrical breakdowns and report any downtime to increase machines availability. To achieve maintenance department KPIs to ensure high performance. Identify, report and follow up mechanical spare parts need to ensure good working conditions of machines and utilities, and apply Spare parts Management system and monitor availability along with consumption rate. Follow up and supervise the performance of plant and equipment during apply TPM program to ensure their continued effective performance. Conduct regular planned maintenance activities and document regular measures according to set maintenance plans to ensure reliability of machines according Supervise mechanical assembly of new machines. Ensure staff compliance with health, safety and quality standards in all assigned maintenance jobs. Work with the team for continuous improvement in plant.

Functional Level: Excellent knowledge of modern maintenance techniques Problem solver and diagnosing mechanical faults . Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems. Excellent Knowledge for HSE Standards and procedures

Educational Background:
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
Professional Experience:
3 years of relevant work experience, experience in home appliances factory is added plus
