About the job:
We’re looking for a full-time “Electronics Sourcing Manager” to Lead the product lifecycle for sustainable profitable growth through executing the strategic and operational plans.
Responsibilities
· Execute sourcing & procurement plans for electronics items that relates to corporate sales team, through leading efficient negotiations with suppliers & secure annual solid contracts in place
· Implement procurement processes that continually improve performance and response level
· Ensure development & efficient execution of a B2B driven contacts with key suppliers that delivers on obtaining lowest total system cost, best service level parameters on delivery & payment & continuous supplier performance tracking (Full Vendor Management).
· Acts as the resource on local/foreign suppliers’ capabilities by maintaining an updated file in coordination with QC that consists with database on local market supplier capabilities (volume, equipment technology…)
· Ensure product availability (right place, right quantity, and right quality at the right time) in line with the following tools (Quartile Strategy + Inventory Quality-Rebo)
· Ensure product stock levels that deliver on overall agreed inventory coverage across total system in line with “Rebo” module.
· Ensure efficient product rotation across total system & across sellable products & damaged products & different WH
· Ensure Category GP Healthy growth deliverables through negotiating margins in line with approved strategic & annual GP’s in place
· Co-Lead team in defining a strategy for a sustainable and profitable business for the Category Portfolio
· Co-Lead the team in the preparation, communication, and execution of the market specific Annual Operation Plan, including financial framework, Best Practice Tool implementation and sustainment, initiative calendar and people capability
· Tracks overall B2B electronics business performance against strategy and adjusts plans/investment as necessary
· Institute Trimester Planning and Review process
