Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Finding new business opportunities to position KONE competitively in the market and according to the short and long-term business goals


  •  Managing complex business development projects, e.g., market entry projects or geographical expansions


  • Building solid relationships with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.


  • Maintaining strong network within and outside of KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future requirements.


  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.


  • Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directors and suggesting strategies to expand market research.


  • Assessing marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed.


  • Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.


  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.


  • Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.


  • Supporting business segments requiring special focus, for example Infra, residential segment, to grow KONE business in those segments


  • Ensuring cross-BL or organization-wide implementation of growth opportunities, e.g., Advanced People Flow (APF) solutions or People Flow planning and consulting


  •  Driving a turnaround of low business performance in a specific part of business


  • Business planning


  • Competitive analysis


  • Marketing and communications planning


  • Operations development 


  • Competence development

Are you the one with?


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.


  • 10-15 years of experience in Egypt Market, 5 of them in the same position with a track record of transforming the business. 


  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.


  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.


  • Strong business acumen.


  • Detail-oriented and persuasive.
