Role purpose:
To Work in a delivery team following Agile working Model to effectively manage and optimize the content on CMS, ensuring it supports the organization’s content management needs and goals.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Develop and maintain a content strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
• Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and accurate.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their content needs and requirement.
• Implement enhancements and updates to improve the content and user experience.
• Take ownership of resolving any major issues related to the content,
• develops its own creative ideas and thus proactively drives the further development of our digital channels and corporate language.
• Define and enforce content governance policies, including content creation, approval, and publication workflows.
General Technical/Professional Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience working with CMS.
• Proficiency in popular CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, OpenText, or Adobe Experience Manager.
• Good understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and Handlebars.
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
• Extensive experience with editing systems and image editing.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CMS.
