Work Location: Cairo, Egypt.

As a E-Service Development Supervisor,you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of electronic services (e-services) offered by the organization. This role involves managing a team of developers and collaborating with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Build and develop high-quality web applications, mobile apps, and digital platforms according to client requirements.
• Perform necessary tests to ensure the quality and efficiency of digital solutions and ensure their proper and effective functioning.
• Transition software solutions from the development stage to the production and operation phase without issues.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as software developers and web designers, to ensure seamless integration of applications.
• Apply best practices in digital service development to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Update technology and development skills to stay abreast of the latest software trends and web technologies on the Out Systems platform.
• Analyze and understand digital business requirements, identifying potential risks and opportunities for designing and developing digital services.
• Conduct regular maintenance work to ensure the continuity and improvement of digital solutions based on feedback and new developments.
• Create documentation and explanatory guides for digital solutions to facilitate understanding and usage by end users.
• Manage development according to the standard software lifecycle.
• Perform other duties as requested.

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in E- Service Development field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Out Systems development.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with familiarity in .NET technologies and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong programming skills, proficiency in multiple programming languages, and ability to write high-quality code.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX design, capable of creating excellent user experiences and designing attractive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Ability to work with databases, designing and developing efficient database structures.
• Good knowledge of software development principles, with a deep understanding of development concepts and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of problem analysis and developing effective software solutions.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, communicate, and collaborate effectively.
• Focus on delivering high-quality work and striving for continuous improvement.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with teams and clients.
• Ability to adapt to changes and meet evolving requirements.
• Ability to manage time effectively and achieve goals within deadlines.
• Ability to use platforms like Out Systems for rapid development of high-quality applications.
• Deep understanding and effective use of web and mobile application development technologies.
• Ability to use development tools such as Git and text editors to accelerate development processes.
• Ability to build and develop cloud services and integrate with APIs securely and effectively.
• Aware of best practices in information security and protection of sensitive data to ensure system and data safety.
