Job Description
As the E-commerce Manager - Retail at On-Hire, you will be responsible for overseeing our retail e-commerce operations, ensuring that our online shopping experience is seamless, engaging, and drives revenue growth. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer experience, optimize product offerings, and maximize sales across all online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail e-commerce site, including product management, inventory control, and fulfillment processes.
- Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversions, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Analyze website performance and customer data to inform merchandising decisions and optimize the online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive strategy across all retail channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the online retail space.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
