Job Description

The Dynamics 365 FO Technical Specialist plays a crucial role in the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for technology and a desire to work in a dynamic environment. The specialist will be responsible for customizing and optimizing the Dynamics 365 platform to meet the unique needs of clients. With a focus on technical maintenance and repair, this role requires a blend of analytical skills and technical expertise to ensure seamless operations and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customize and configure Dynamics 365 FO applications to align with business requirements.
  2. Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  4. Provide ongoing technical support and training to end-users.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and processes.
  6. Implement system upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance.
  7. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as necessary.
  8. Assist in data migration and integration with other systems.
  9. Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
  10. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
