DTO Project Manager Specialist
We have an opportunity for an DTO Project Manager Specialist to join us at Honeywell in CAIRO, EGY. To be successful in this role, you need to have 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role, with a focus on project initiation and planning.

The DTO Project manager, is a strategic role within the Delivery Transformation office that enhances global project delivery by integrating cutting-edge strategies and ensuring alignment across all organizational level. As an extension of the DTO lead facilitates the Project Initiation the early stages of project management, ensuring that all project requirements, goals, and resources are identified, defined, and set in place for a successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
o Understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
o Understand including timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
o Identify project stakeholders and define roles and responsibilities.
o Engage the Project Schedule to start the project schedule, ensuring all required resources, timelines, and deliverables are clearly outlined.
o Coordinate the creation of risk management strategies, identifying potential risks and request to the PM developing mitigation plans.
o Identify project governance structure, including communication to decision-making processes.
o Ensuring that all team members there are aligned with project goals.
o Confirm Financial data in PPM GDM is same/like ERR
o Communicate project status to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
o Facilitate kick-off meeting to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
o Ensure all project documentation is up posted in PPM
o Billing initiation plan in PPM.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business administration or Project Management.
· Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role, with a focus on project initiation and planning.
· Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified associate in project management) not mandatory
· Skills:
o Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
o Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
o Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
o Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
o Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
