As a Data Analyst supporting Vodafone Enterprise solutions, you will work closely with DLM customers in providing the department and your customers with appropriate analysis on the KPIs along with customer specific reporting showing the improvement and giving recommendations to support the decision-making process as well as detecting/highlighting issues that may have impact on the business causing revenue loss
• Gather and clean data from various sources to present the current inventory status.
• Generate a weekly Asset report that outlines the latest status of the customer’s managed assets and details any pending requests.
• Develop and execute analysis to detect process failures and inform the relevant teams about pending issues for resolution.
• Conduct a weekly inventory review with the customer and internal project stakeholders to provide RAG (Red, Amber, Green) analysis on inventory status.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports for NMR conformance and NMR disconnection.
• Address ad-hoc customer requests, respond to inquiries, and validate upgrade and bulk requests efficiently.
• Excellent presentation skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities under tight timeframes, while maintaining the professional standard and resolve complex challenges associated with the work performed.

• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Experience in Python programming language.
• Experience in creating dashboards in Power BI.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Data Analysis and 6 years’ experience in business generally.
