• Daily update in the system and preparing reports of balances, sales, quantities in branches to determine the needs of each item in each branch based on the target inventory (monthly sales plan, offer plan, and security stock)
• Daily monitoring to cover the main balances and incoming containers for the needs of the branches and determine the optimal distribution quantities accordingly.
• Determine the transfer of containers or direct shipments to branches - without passing through the main warehouse - to the appropriate branch when needed to achieve optimal coverage of time and quantity and achieve optimal utilization of logistical resources
• Preparing and arranging priorities for receiving incoming containers weekly, in addition to the priorities of loading cars to branches and the number of cars required for each branch and submitting a report to the direct manager on any observations related to this to take the necessary action
• Identify the most important priorities required for containers and branches to propose the weekly schedule of the main warehouse according to the operational and absorptive capacity.Maximum warehouses and transportation based on the approved plan and in coordination with the authorities associated with this
• Weekly meeting with warehouse, transport and order planner officials to negotiate and confirm the proposed schedule
• Determine the optimal quantities for loading for each branch according to the importance of the items and the need for them against the number of scheduled cars to ensure optimal coverage of the quantity and time for all items in all branches, and create purchase orders on the system for each scheduled load accordingly.
• Determine the quantities to be transferred between branches – when needed and to ensure a lower cost – and communicate with warehouse and transport officials with the creation of a transfer order on SABB.
• Responding to the inquiries of sales employees, receiving and analyzing orders in excess of the monthly plan, clarifying and proposing mechanisms that enable savings and their impact to make a decision with the sales department.
• Ensure that there are no balances in the main warehouse with a validity of less than 7 months as a maximum by reviewing them in the system and submitting a weekly report to the direct manager to coordinate with the associated authorities to take the necessary action in this regard.
• Prepare and submit the relevant reports required for the direct manager and the concerned departments, while adhering to the date of delivery of each of the reports.
