Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a dispatcher

What will you do:

• Plan and schedule routes for drivers to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Adjust schedules as needed based on changes in service requests, traffic conditions, or unforeseen issues.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure clear communication and resolution of problems.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatches, and completed jobs.
• Prepare and file reports, including daily logs, incident reports, and performance metrics.
• Address and resolve issues such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, or scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor and ensure that all dispatched services comply with legal and safety requirements.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Work closely with logistics team, production, and warehouse to arrange inbound and outbound shipments.
• Check quantities between the invoice and delivery note.
