What will you do?

  • Develop and execute the organization's HR strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business goals and priorities.
  • Form strong relationships with Senior Managers and Executives representatives to ensure that the team perspective is fully represented in decision making. 
  • Oversee the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices that promote a positive, inclusive, and equitable workplace culture.
  • Provide strategic counsel and guidance to the executive team on HR-related matters, such as organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring they have the necessary resources, skills, and support to effectively deliver HR services and programs.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their workforce needs and develop tailored HR solutions.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll programs.
  • Promote employee engagement, development, and well-being through effective HR initiatives and programs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, fostering open communication and addressing workplace concerns.
  • Coach, mentor and support senior colleagues to identify strengths and development needs.
  • Ensure the efficient management of annual HR budgets. 
  • Determine relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for incentive schemes. 
  • Create and oversee the plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion that aligns with company values, business strategy and commitments.
