Job Description
Main Duties.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize spa revenue and profitability
- Lead and inspire a team of spa professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies
- Create and manage annual budgets, controlling costs while maintaining high-quality service
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain spa clients
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and promote spa services
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor industry trends and implement new treatments and services to keep the spa competitive
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve spa operations
- Participate in the hotel's executive leadership team, contributing to overall business strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in spa management positions
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing spa operations and driving business growth
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team development and motivation
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- In-depth knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and industry trends
- Experience in the luxury hospitality industry is highly preferred
- Education or experience in fitness or therapy disciplines is a significant asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English
