Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a talented and experienced
Director of Sales who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by targeting both International Sales being Wholesale or Individual business, and group, ensuring that sales activities align with the Hotel's commercial objectives, and optimizing revenue across all business segments.
To uncover, prospect and sell group and individual business, in accordance with the objectives established in the Marketing Plan.
To monitor and motivate the sales activities and the sales team.
To ensure that all sales persons' quotas are met.
To ensure that sales activities, individual accounts and group bookings are focused and coordinated with transient demand to yield the maximum revenue per available room.
To maximize sales in all hotel revenue areas. To implement and support all FS sales and marketing MOS.
This Position Requires Candidates That:
Have Five + years of successful sales experience.
Are preferred to have Four Seasons property sales experience.
Are preferred to have sales experience within assigned territory.
