Job Description

Main Duties:


  • Assist and support the DOSM in the delivery and achievement of the hotel’s rooms topline and the strong contribution to the hotel’s total revenue.
  • Direct, manage and develop all business segments to maximize the hotel revenue.
  • Develop and execute Sales initiatives in accordance with the set targets and commercial strategy and provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance.
  • Actively participating, assisting, and contributing to the hotel yielding management strategies including pricing, distribution channels, markets & business mix.
  • Ensure the proper hotel market leading positioning.
  • Responsible for planning & managing the overall Sales activities of the hotel to achieve and deliver the optimal occupancy, maximizing revenue, meeting/exceeding the hotel profit objectives.
  • Manage, lead, coach and develop the Sales Team ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
  • Prepare all necessary data for the strategic Sales plans, analyze competition performance, market trends and clients’ need and identify new business opportunities for proactive actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients across all business segments.
  • Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels with other hotel departments, such as Operations, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure a seamless guest experience and cohesive hotel operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in sales, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
