Job Description
Role Objectives:
The Director of Marketing at Breadfast will lead and manage all marketing initiatives across the company, covering corporate marketing activities and those of various business units, including Supermarket, Pay, Care, Shops, Kitchen, Services, and Coffee, in close collaboration with the respective business unit heads. This role demands a strategic visionary with exceptional leadership skills to drive brand awareness, elevate customer engagement, and ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Breadfast’s business objectives.
- Oversee the execution of marketing plans across all business units, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Lead the Brand Strategy team to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
- Oversee marketing activities across all sub-functions, including Pay, Care, and New Verticals, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- Supervise the Content team to create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Lead the Digital marketing team to optimize online presence and drive digital marketing initiatives.
- Guide the Field Marketing activities to enhance local market presence and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with regional Marketing teams (KSA) to tailor strategies for specific markets.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Work closely with other departments, including Commercial, Product Development, Program Management, Growth and Customer Service, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
