• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives, and develop tailored solutions that demonstrate the value proposition of our applications.
• Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) exercises to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of our applications to prospective customers.
• Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges, processes, and technical requirements, and identify opportunities for leveraging our applications to address their needs.
• Develop and deliver technical proposals, solution architectures, and cost estimates that outline the scope, implementation approach, and business value of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product roadmap and development priorities.
• Assist in the preparation of sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and technical documentation, to support sales efforts and enhance customer understanding.
• Conduct product training sessions and workshops for sales teams, partners, and customers to increase product knowledge and enable effective selling.
• Participate in sales meetings, customer calls, and industry events to promote our applications, build relationships with customers, and gather market feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to address customer needs and differentiate our products in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and experience with web development frameworks and technologies.
• String technical background in development or in consulting.
• Strong understanding of the low-code/no-code market, including key vendors and competitive dynamics.
• Strong experience on the low code platforms like BPM tools, Low Code Application development tools and RPA tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build rapport with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative solutions that address customer needs and differentiate our offerings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering value-added solutions that drive customer success and satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites, sales meetings, and industry events.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 4-6 years of experience in software application development, technical consulting, or presales engineering roles, with a strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and articulate the business value of proposed solutions.
