We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Solutions Consultant to join the team, The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, work closely  with the Business Development and Content & Research teams to create innovative  digital solutions, and take ownership of delivery. This role requires someone who can  work collaboratively with development teams, troubleshoot technical issues, ensure  code quality, and align solutions with client requirements. You must have a strong  understanding of technology stacks, be able to evaluate the technical feasibility of  solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.  


Key Responsibilities: 


Support Sales Efforts: 


  • Assist in identifying client needs and proposing tailored digital solutions. ● Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to  prospective clients. 
  • Develop detailed technical proposals and respond to RFPs (Requests for  Proposals) with precise technical specifications. 

Client Engagement: 


  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and  technical requirements. 
  • Conduct needs analysis and gather client feedback to refine solutions that  align with client expectations.. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a technical  advisor throughout the sales and delivery process.

Solution Design and Delivery: 


  • Work with internal teams, including designers and developers, to design  and develop solutions with a strong technical foundation, ensuring  feasibility and scalability.  
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges with the team, identifying and resolving  issues proactively. 
  • Review and ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code in alignment  with best practices. 
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to development teams on  coding standards and performance optimization. 
  • Oversee the delivery of digital projects, ensuring high quality and timely  completion. 

Quality Assurance: 


  • Monitor the quality of deliverables and ensure they meet client  expectations and industry standards. 
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to the technical team to  maintain high-quality output. 

Documentation and Reporting: 


With the support of a PM or an Admin (Depending on the project scale) ● Ensure detailed documentation for proposed solutions, including technical  specifications and implementation plans. 


  • Ensure regular updates and reports are provided to the sales team and  management on pre-sales activities, client engagements, and project  delivery. 

Team Collaboration: 


  • Collaborate with the project management and development teams to  ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to project execution. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation  phase and provide hands-on support as needed. 
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement  initiatives.
