Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist at CEQUENS is tasked with developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand, enhance engagement, and drive lead generation across all digital platforms. This role involves managing SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising to optimize the company’s digital footprint and customer acquisition efforts. The Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital marketing activities are aligned with broader marketing objectives and business goals.


Main Areas of Responsibility


Digital Strategy Development
  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that support the company’s objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including updates in search engine algorithms, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Campaign Execution and Management
  • Manage the creation and delivery of digital campaigns across various platforms, ensuring content is tailored to specific audience needs and optimized for best performance.
  • Oversee the company’s email marketing campaigns, from conception to execution, including automation strategies and performance analysis.
SEO and SEM Management
  • Execute and optimize SEM and SEO strategies, including keyword research, link building, and content creation to enhance organic search visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage PPC (pay-per-click) and display campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords and social media, monitoring budgets and ROI.
Social Media and Content Management
  • Develop and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, directing content creation, engagement strategies, and social advertising.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure that digital content (blogs, case studies, infographics, etc.) is engaging and optimized for both search engines and user experience.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing activities, providing regular internal reports and insights.
  • Adjust marketing campaigns as needed based on performance metrics and analytics insights.
