Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across all online channels. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through effective use of digital platforms, in alignment with the company’s business goals.
Contribute to the development of the overall digital marketing strategy, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marcoms team
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Define KPIs and performance metrics for digital campaigns.
Stay updated on digital trends and recommend new technologies or platforms.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing).
Monitor performance and ensure campaigns achieve desired business outcomes, and identify areas for optimization improvement
Oversee content creation for all digital platforms (website, blog, social media, etc.) ensuring brand consistency and relevance
Manage the company’s social media presence and community engagement, while ensuring timely response to inquiries.
Oversee the creation and management of the social media calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns. Develop the strategy for leadership's social media presence, providing guidance on content and messaging.
Ensure the website is optimized for user experience, SEO, and lead generation.
Coordinate website updates and improvements, in addition to relevant Marcoms pages on intranet.
Collaborate with different team members for creation of any landing pages or new pages for products or services
Track and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
Provide regular reports and insights on performance and metrics including recommendations.
Responsible for development of social listening and media monitoring reports for the entire GS Group to be shared regularly with leadership and teams.
Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending.
Stay updated on digital trends, new channels and platforms, and recommend relevant tactics
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
Assign tasks, track performance, and support team development.
