About the role:

As an integral part of our marketing efforts, our Digital Marketing Officer at Flat6Labs will drive the company's online presence and engagement through content creation, social media management, and SEO/SEM optimization. You will be responsible for supporting the  development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining the website.

Main Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:
  Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and  social media ads.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  Track and analyze digital marketing metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide regular reports to the management team.
• Social Media Management:
  Manage and grow Flat6Labs' presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) by creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts.
• SEO and SEM:
  Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
• Website Management:
  Maintain and update website content to ensure it is current and reflects the latest company news and offerings.
• Community Engagement:
  Engage with the startup community, partners, and stakeholders through digital channels to promote Flat6Labs' programs and events.
